It is conveniently located at the corner of Cedros and Lomas Santa Fe – steps away from the beach, train station, Cedros Design District, multiple schools, and daycare centers.
Our Story
Owned by Kristen and Richard Villasenor, who reside locally with their two daughters, Bailey and Elyse, Solana Frosty is more than just an ice cream shop—it's a family legacy. The Villasenor family is carrying on a tradition that spans over six decades. Their family has owned and operated Pepper Tree Frosty in Vista, California, for over 60 years, bringing joy to countless loyal customers with their delicious desserts. ​Kristen and Richard are thrilled to raise their daughters in the same amazing community where Richard’s family has lived for over 100 years since settling in Eden Gardens.It isn’t just about scoops of creamy indulgence; it was about honoring heritage, cultivating connections, and weaving the fabric of community tighter with every sweet swirl.
